From a technical standpoint, Roundedcube has experience in both traditional and rapid processes such as the Waterfall and XP, respectively. Depending on the project, applying the most appropriate method can prevent unforeseen risks, improve deliverables, heighten communication, achieve budget constraints, and improve time-to-market.

Cubefights

Our own version of a war-room environment; staff members propose, argue, rebut, and "eventually" agree on a solution within a specified amount of time (typically three to five hours) in an enclosed environment. Sometimes lunch is provided to prevent anyone from leaving the notorious setting.

Centralized Project System

Integrating source code management, network resources, bug tracking and strict business processes, Roundedcube is able to record, track, and accurately report on the status of projects quickly. Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Sharepoint, Team Foundation Server and Project Server combined with custom-built software, Roundedcube projects run like a well-oiled machine.
