The marketing team at Netsurion had aggressive goals: 1) Enhance the recently re-branded UI while activating a rich feature set including email marketing, personalization, automation, and CRM integration. 2) Launch the website on the new platform within 3 months. 3) Work within a constrained website budget to demonstrate the capabilities to management before further investment.
Roundedcube worked with Netsurion to architect the website so that they could leverage all of Kentico EMS’ offerings including email marketing, personalization, automation, contact management, web forms, and multi-site management. Roundedcube developed a variety of custom actions for forms so Netsurion could implement campaign tracking, demonstrate ROI and establish key performance indicators for their marketing and sales team. Leads via the website are created automatically in MS Dynamics and Kentico’s lead scoring allows Netsurion to see how specific actions on the site (watching a video, downloading a PDF, etc.) influenced lead quality.
With automated lead scoring in place, Netsurion is able to quickly process, qualify and assign leads which results in faster customer needs responses. In addition, marketing campaign planning benefits through analytics so future budgets can now be based on a bona fide return on investment (ROI).
