Online Community for Members
A web collaboration and meeting organization tool, Regional Member Groups allows Carpet One retail members to coordinate meetings, faciliate chat rooms and stay connected online forming a community to share best practices, ideas and experiences. The portal interface allows users to drag-and-drop modules to customize their layout to what works best for them. The app is also shared amongst c1's other divisions so there is one source code... skinnable and configurable per division.
Streamlined Rebate Claim Tracking
Another app shared across c1's brands, but heavily utilized by Carpet One, is an online entry point for members to update and view the status of rebate claims. The ASP.NET web app communicates with c1's internal systems and has improved efficiency of the claims process and allows for real-time reports.
